We have over 3500
unique textures, and we are adding more almost each week. There are very few free
texture sites that can offer this type of variety, quality and quantity.

We offer the highest resolution textures we have found online yet. Our smallest
size is larger than most other sites' largest size.

Our file sizes are larger than most other sites. Our files typically range from 1.5mb
up to 2.5mb, while many other sites only offer from .5mb up to 1.75mb per
image.

There is no limit to how many textures you can download per day - even the
free versions.

We have an easy to navigate, easy to view site with quick loading thumbnails and
a free preview image which you can download and use in your projects at no
cost.
Q: How do I create a new account?
A: Simply hover your mouse over the More Options button
in the Gold Menu Bar. You should see a dropdown item which
reads New Customer? Just click on that to go to the sign-up
page, or click here.
Q: I forgot my password, can you send it to me?
A: For security reasons, we can not send you your actual password -
instead you will receive a randomly generated password. After you login to your
account, you will be able to change it back to something you will
remember.
Q: How do I update my profile information?
A: There are two ways to edit your Profile Information. After you
login, you can either click on your login name displayed in the Gold Menu
Bar to access the profile update page or hover your mouse
over the More Options button in the Gold Menu Bar:
you should see a dropdown item which says Update Profile - just
click on that to go to the profile update page. Change whatever information you
need then click the Submit Button at the bottom of the page to finalize the
changes.
Q: How can I see what I have already downloaded?
A: After you are logged into your account, hover your mouse over
the More Options button and select View Download History.
A new page will be displayed showing all of your Token Purchases, Texture
Downloads, and all relevant information regarding those items.
Q: Can I change my Username?
A: Unfortunately we do not allow you to change your Username.
This is an item that is typically not updatable for nearly all sites that require
an account.
Q: I downloaded a texture, but my token amount did not
update. Why?
A: This is simply a matter of not everything on the page getting
refreshed when the page is posted back. Simply press F5
on your keyboard or the Refresh button in your browser,
to update the token amount.
Q: How often are new textures added to the site?
A: We try to add new textures once a week. We are all very busy
with our other careers, and sometimes the site may not be updated quite that
often. We will strive to continually add as many textures as possible, as often
as possible.
Q: How can I use the textures I download?
A: Purchasing textures gives you the right to use them in any of
your creations in areas such as 2D, 3D, Commercial and Non-commercial, but you
do NOT gain full ownership of any texture - ever. The textures downloaded are
the property of and will always belong to TextureArchive.com and Krazier
Designs LLC.
Q: Can I sell or redistribute textures I download?
A: You may NOT sell or redistribute textures
without prior written consent from TextureArchive.com and/or Krazier Designs. See
previous question for more information.
Q: What about my privacy?
A: Your privacy is very important to us. For this reason we do not
sell, redistribute, spam or display your email, credit card number, or any
other personal information except your username which is displayed when you are
logged in. For your safety we have decided NOT to store your
credit card information at all. This information is collected at purchase time
only by PayPal. Please view PayPal's privacy notice as well. We know it is a hassle
to enter in your credit card information each time you order more credits or
the DVD, but it is far less of a hassle than dealing with stolen identity.
Q: Will the site work on Microsoft Windows Vista?
A: Yes. We have been testing the site from Windows 98 up to
Windows Vista, as well as OS X. So far everything seems to work just fine.
Not only are we testing it on several platforms, we are testing it in several
browsers such as: Internet Explorer 6 and 7, Mozilla Firefox, Netscape
and Safari. We currently do
not support Opera.
